in the entire fitness industry today. bcaas are considered essential because, unlike non-essential amino acids, your body cannot produce them; therefore, it is essential to ingest them through diet or supplementation.

SUGGESTED USE
Mix one scoop with 12–18 ounces of cold water or with your favorite pre, intra and/or post-workout drink.
